Purchased and demolished a Cinemark theatre to develop a two-building, 544,000 square foot Class A office park in the Westchase submarket of Houston. Leased Phase 1 to over 98% and sold the building and Phase 2 land for the (then) lowest cap rate in the history of west Houston.
