Acquired a 1960’s vintage, 30 story, 285,000 sf office building in downtown Atlanta. Renovated the lobby, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, and in spite of a total lack of associated parking, efficiently leased the project to 95% occupancy.

Purchased and demolished a Cinemark theatre to develop a two-building, 544,000 square foot Class A office park in the Westchase submarket of Houston. Leased Phase 1 to over 98% and sold the building and Phase 2 land for the (then) lowest cap rate in the history of west Houston.

Developed, leased, and supervised management of a fully amenitized Independent Living retirement community in Oklahoma City.

Acquired and acted as master developer of 500-acre park outside Atlanta, GA. Developed 4 Class A bulk warehouses totaling 2MM square feet. Additional uses within the park included multi-family, hotel, commercial, billboards, and office.

Aggregated land and developed 300,000 sf of single-story office and 600,000 sf of Class A warehouse in Greenspoint submarket of Houston, TX.

Developed a mixed-use Transit-Oriented Development adjacent and in partnership with Capitol Metro at the Lakeline Station in Austin, TX. Uses included office, multi-family, and single family. Also constructed off-site improvements on behalf of the City of Austin.

Recommissioned a sawmill facility on 121 acres acquired from Caterpillar, Inc in Glenwood, Arkansas. The plant had been mothballed for several years. Successfully partnered with the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) to remediate the site and receive a Certificate of Completion by the Arkansas Brownfield Program. Renovated, staffed, and re-started mill to become the largest employer in the County. Upon full production, the mill was sold to a publicly traded Canadian sawmill company.

Acquired a 13.7-acre site from the Saudi Royal family in the Westchase area of Houston and built a 470,000 square foot Build-To-Suit Class A Office Building for Asea Brown Bovari (ABB), the Swedish-Swiss international power company.

Partnered with the City of Austin, the University of Texas, and seven neighborhoods to craft ordinances and design guidelines for the University Neighborhood Overlay (UNO), resulting in a wholesale redevelopment of the West Campus area over the subsequent decade. Acquired multiple sites around the University of Texas campus allowing our development of over 2,000 beds of student housing.

CHP acquired the note on a 392-unit apartment community in Rogers, Arkansas from a CMBS lender in under two weeks, took ownership, and improved operations at the property before selling to an individual investor.
