Developed a 1,700-acre master planned residential community with a dedicated 300- acre regional park in McKinney, TX. Multiple award-winning development including most successful initial phase in DFW metroplex history. Project tasks included offsite infrastructure expansion, complex thoroughfare negotiations with TxDOT and North Texas Tollway Authority, FEMA flood plain mapping and reclamation, creation of school district partnership and multi-jurisdictional development agreements.
