Recommissioned a sawmill facility on 121 acres acquired from Caterpillar, Inc in Glenwood, Arkansas. The plant had been mothballed for several years. Successfully partnered with the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) to remediate the site and receive a Certificate of Completion by the Arkansas Brownfield Program. Renovated, staffed, and re-started mill to become the largest employer in the County. Upon full production, the mill was sold to a publicly traded Canadian sawmill company.
