Partnered with the City of Austin, the University of Texas, and seven neighborhoods to craft ordinances and design guidelines for the University Neighborhood Overlay (UNO), resulting in a wholesale redevelopment of the West Campus area over the subsequent decade. Acquired multiple sites around the University of Texas campus allowing our development of over 2,000 beds of student housing.
